By downloading, installing or using TACMAN or TACMAN+ (collectively, "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Software.
The Software is developed and owned by Andrew Howe, trading as TACMAN ("we", "us", "our").
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software on Android devices you own or control.
We may issue promotional codes granting free access to TACMAN+. Codes are single-use, non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to cancel or expire codes at any time without notice.
The Software is subject to UK export control laws and sanctions regulations administered by the Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) and Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI).
THE SOFTWARE IS NOT LICENSED FOR DOWNLOAD, INSTALLATION OR USE IN ANY TERRITORY SUBJECT TO UK SANCTIONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: RUSSIA, BELARUS, NORTH KOREA (DPRK), IRAN, SYRIA, MYANMAR, AFGHANISTAN, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO, GUINEA, GUINEA-BISSAU, HAITI, IRAQ, LEBANON, LIBYA, MALI, NICARAGUA, SOMALIA, SOUTH SUDAN, SUDAN, VENEZUELA, YEMEN, ZIMBABWE AND BURUNDI.
By using the Software you confirm that you are not:
The current list of UK sanctions regimes is maintained at gov.uk/government/collections/uk-sanctions. This list is updated periodically and the prohibition applies to any territory added to UK sanctions after the effective date of these Terms.
You may use the Software only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to remotely suspend or restrict access to the Software at any time, including but not limited to cases of:
Where a suspension is applied, affected users will be notified via the in-app suspension screen. We will endeavour to restore service or provide an updated version as soon as reasonably practicable.

All source code, design, branding and documentation is the exclusive property of Andrew Howe. No rights are granted beyond the personal use licence in Section 2.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. TACMAN is a tactical communications tool intended for use by trained personnel. It is not certified as safety-critical infrastructure and must not be relied upon as a sole means of communication in life-safety situations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at tacman.io/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
